SPONGE JET BLASTING & CLEANING AT SUPERHEATED TUBING BOILER 4 Dry Ice CleaningSponge Jet Cleaning Considered as wet system and leaves watermark and need to be blow with dry air for complete cleaning. Not suitable for usage in confine space as the system could increase CO2 level in-situ (hazardous to blaster). Media need special storage facility otherwise it could easily evaporate (thus caused extra cost for storage). Slow in productivity and suitable only for small area. Dry cleaning system. Non-poisonous and Non-hazardous system for confine space. Normal storage facility for the media. Higher productivity. Advantages of Sponge Jet Blasting compare to conventional blasting

SPONGE JET BLASTING & CLEANING AT SUPERHEATED TUBING BOILER 5 Dry Ice CleaningSponge Jet Cleaning Complicated system - media need to be produce using special machine from raw CO2 and need to be use immediately after being produce (thus caused extra cost for the equipment). Inspection only comes after blasting completed - due to watermark effect and safety due to high CO2 level in confine space. User friendly system. Allow inspection during blasting
