Gases depend on: Temperature Volume Pressure

Temperature Measure of how fast the particles in an object are moving The faster they are moving the more energy they have

Volume Measure of the size of a body or region in three-dimensional space Depends on container

Pressure Amount of force exerted per unit area of a surface Number of times the particles hit the inside of their container Higher pressure = more particles = closer together Lower pressure = less particles = farther apart

Boyles Law: States that for a fixed amount of gas at a constant temperature, the volume of a gas increases as its pressure decreases. VOLUME PRESSURE
