Workstyles 4 Workstyles and Workplace project aims to: Workplace accommodate 1,200 staff from 2012 in 2 buildings in Central Weston (TH + Dolphin Square) improve central Weston accommodation for face-to-face customers achieve reduction in annual cost of accommodation by achieving savings as leases run out and put in place ratio of 7:10 = workstation : people for 2012 have staff working in the setting most suitable to the activity co-locate directorate staff and teams together, including cross-directorate teams as appropriate utilise new Dolphin Square redevelopment and Town Hall improvements to ensure flexible working and best use of space to put in place flexible modern working solutions to achieve efficiency savings
