NCTC Terms of reference – coaching/coach education related 2. To consolidate and develop the National Coaching Development Programme (NCDP) 3. To extend the NCDP in the area of high performance coaching and to provide information to coaches on an on- going basis 4. To advise the Irish Sports Council in relation to the development of coaching and high performance sport 5. To conduct appropriate research in line with the objectives of the Centre
