Forsyth & Goodwin 20093 Rationale for the Project There is an increasing demand for learning brokerage to support demand led education. This service is currently provided by a wide range of organisations (EBLOs). The DCSF was keen that all EBLOs undertake CPD linked to performance standards. The DCSF funded this project at The University of Wolverhampton.

Strand 2: CPD for those involved in the governance of EBLOs Strand 3: CPD for those conducting self assessments, peer reviews, and quality assurance. Individuals are encouraged undertake CPD from more than one Strand

Forsyth & Goodwin 200914 Further Developments A new professional body – The Institute for Education Business Excellence (IEBE) was established in 2009. The WBL framework developed in this project is included in the IEBE prospectus as a route for CPD.
