External focused training - valued added approach Secondee Programme (10 individuals over 6 – 12 months each) Full time deployment of public clients young graduates into AECOM Managed and mentored as a regular staff member alongside all other staff “MY AECOM” online portal with training modules & technical libraries. Graduate Mentorship Programme (40 individuals over 3 years) Client staff being mentored as PM’s by AECOM executives, towards registration. Clients currently engaged : Dept of Public works, Umhlatuze Water, Dept of Human Settlements
