7 Status for PCDC 2015 ▼Palmetto Vocal Project and they should at least be available to sing the National Anthem on Saturday, April 11th ? ▼Do we have eight songs from each school yet? ▼This will include production of 4-5 minute PCDC video working with Joe Bullinger. ▼Clipboard for white team judges – SRA, along with other supplies? ▼Will get remaining laptops from STEM at SPAWAR as well as tablets 7

8 Status for PCDC 2015 ▼2nd Collegiate Q&A session to be held 18 March @1630 –Van Houten ▼Schools were asked to provide names of student imbeds for Pro Day ▼Consent and Release forms status? ▼Still looking for song choices from all schools ▼All CISCO equipment received including ASAs ▼Blue Coat Secure Gateway, white listing for the web gateway still needed 8

9 Status for PCDC 2015 ▼AFCEA Updates  Sponsorship levels now posted on AFCEA website  POC for sponsorships – Don Pearsall  Tech Grant to be provided to last year’s winner ▼Trident Technical College meeting – 3/9/15  Will use one overhead screen for services  Other will have network visualization setup by S. Cappella  Scrolling display will be on plasma TV near sponsor tables  More snacks/cookies/popcorn & staggered – will make sure teams are made aware  Team will be ready for take down on Monday  Stanchions will be made available from TTC  6 Roll around chairs/team will be available for Sat/Sun. Mon is unknown  Non-rolling chairs will be available for extra people.  Extra round (cocktail) table to be setup outside each team area for wireless gaming tablets ▼Blue Team Packet – delivered right before competition, contains vital information for competing such as passwords – Molly Baker has lead 9
