Key stakeholders from Civil society and government participated in the government assessment training (1 st half of 2008 – Lusaka) 2. Key stakeholders drafted questions for inclusion in governance survey questionnaire with guidance from Dr Ken Mease 3. Survey performed by CSO 4. Report not released by CSO.
