BHPAC Bylaws Headlines Name, Purpose and Powers “provide procedures and policies for advising, advancing, and sustaining behavioral health throughout the State of Colorado” – Develop ideas – Write and amend strategic plans – Advise State concerning BH services – Monitor, review, evaluate allocation and adequacy of services – Advocate concerning BH legislation and regulations
