He helped my occultation work, and me personally, in many important ways.

Emil Volcheck, p. 2 While he lived in Richmond, VA during the late 1970s and 1980s, he led several expeditions for grazing occultations that other DC- area observers and I often joined. As director of Mt. Cuba Observatory, he helped IOTA with our meeting there in October 2006.
