Also to supply conference access codes Contacts - key Fastest shortcut to Contact phonebook while using other features on phone Mute - key Make yourself audible or not in a call or conference, by switching on/off microphone with just a touch User can define this key as direct access to the most convenient device function according their individual need. One Touch Access: Business Voice Keys Also through variant it can be acting as a Transfer Call key, to transfer your call to another mobile or fixed phone using pre- defined number My Own - key

8 Company Confidential 8 © 2005 Nokia E65_training_material_for_ccs / 2_Jan_2007 / CBr Phonebook Key 1.Go to Idle (or any other application) and press Phonebook Key. 2.Phonebook will open and you can browse phonebook, make call,…. 3.Pressing Phonebook Key again switches you back to Idle (or to place where you pressed Phonebook Key).

9 Company Confidential 9 © 2005 Nokia E65_training_material_for_ccs / 2_Jan_2007 / CBr Mute Key Switching microphone on and off during call: 1.Press Phonebook Key, select contact you made before demonstration and call to your other demo device. 2.Answer the call in other device. 3.Press Mute Key in Nokia E65 to turn microphone off 4.Pressing Mute Key again turns microphone on.

This opens Phonebook 3.Select wanted participants from phonebook and press OK. 4.Conference call wizard will open with selected participants. 5.Pressing Conference Key will proceed conference call wizard to go ahead constructing conference call via participants.

11 Company Confidential 11 © 2005 Nokia E65_training_material_for_ccs / 2_Jan_2007 / CBr Conference Key Defining default conference to be group of people: 1.Go to Menu->Tools->Settings->Conference Call 2.Select Group item, press Open and Phonebook will be opened. 3.Select group that will be used as default group and press OK. 4.In Conference Call Settings main state select Group from Conference call in use option menu and press OK. Defining default conference to be conference service number: 1.Go to Menu->Tools->Settings->Conference Call settings. 2.Select Service number item, press Open and service number settings will be opened. 3.Add conference service number, ID (optional) and PIN (optional) into service number settings and press Back. 4.In Conference Call Settings main state select Service number from Conference call in use option menu and press OK.

12 Company Confidential 12 © 2005 Nokia E65_training_material_for_ccs / 2_Jan_2007 / CBr Defining My Own Key Unless My Own Key has been predefined for another use, user is able to define it as a shortcut key To configure the key: 1.For the first time, press the Own key. The configuration dialog will open 2.To re-configure the key, go to Menu->Tools->Own Key My own key may be pre-defined in some variants as: 1. Transfer Key 2.Operator Menu 3.Symbian application 4.Operator URL 5.Email application

13 Company Confidential 13 © 2005 Nokia E65_training_material_for_ccs / 2_Jan_2007 / CBr My own key defined as Transfer Key (1/2) Transferring call by selecting number from phonebook: While on call: 1.Press My Own key and in Transfer to dialog, select Select from phonebook. This will open Phonebook 2.Select contact from phonebook who will be the person to transfer call to and press OK. 3.The first call goes on hold and phone calls to contact which was selected from phonebook. 4.When the second call is answered pressing My Own Key again will transfer the call.

14 Company Confidential 14 © 2005 Nokia E65_training_material_for_ccs / 2_Jan_2007 / CBr My own key defined as Transfer Key (2/2) Defining default transfer number: 1.Go to Menu->Tools->Settings->Transfer 2.Dialog will open and default number can be entered or pressing Search opens phonebook where contact can be selected. Transferring call to default number: 1.Call to or receive call and answer from other demo device. 2.Press Transfer Key and in Transfer to dialog, select Default number 3.The first call goes on hold and phone calls to the contact which was selected as default number. 4.Proceed the rest of transferring call as in ”Transferring call by selecting number from phonebook”
