3. [Introduction] Project overview. Background. started since 2011. They are three IT student only.

4. [Interview] Information system used in Light Host Supply Chain Management System Customer Relationship Management How above systems help the company.

5. [Functional Process] Sales and marketing systems Sales and marketing systems are efficient; the company uses an excellent sales system that allows the manager to monitor the sales operation. but it did not show an overview of the operation so we create a simple system to solve this problem.

6. [Cross-Functional Process] Customer Management system it allows the customer to login in specific side of the website to submit a support ticket and get the last news about the company. This process is efficient so no need to re-engineer it.

7. [Project Objective ] Create a small system to help the company in making decision and help it to improve the service. The system will created using Microsoft Access. It will contain a database that contains the general information about the system.
