Price Volatility Forecasted for 2013 Wheat, maize and soya bean prices are forecasted to rise early in 2013 as the commodities markets are hit with more price volatility, rebuilding global stocks after poor harvests is the early key challenge, on a positive note prices should drop later in the year barring bad weather
