3. REPORTS Master Chef gives you four different kinds of reports. All those reports help You get necessary information and provide easy look-up into all past operations. There are: - General reports - Waiter reports - Other reports - Back office reports

4. General reports General reports gives you all summarized information about all transactions. There are four General repots:

5. General reports “Daily General Report” and “General Report” contain information such: Net sales, Tax, Gross, Balance, Cash etc. When you click “Daily General Report” you will be ask about a day you want to view. This option gives you always quick way to see data you are interesting in.

6. General reports If your restaurant hires delivery persons “Driver Report” helps you keep track for each driver and how much sales they did.

7. General reports For Take-out service you can use “Casher report”. This report tell you about all transactions made by each cashier.

8. Waiter reports Waiter reports help you manage sales and order made by each waiter. In “Waiter report” you can view all operation made by each waiter. “Login/Logout report” gives you time history of each waiter. Time when each waiter log-in or log-out. After you click on this report you will be ask to chose which waiter and what time you are interesting in. If you want to look at all Tips which have been paid, click on “Tip, Service & Driver Fee report”

9. Other reports There are ten reports available in “Other reports”. All those reports provide more detail information.

10. Invoice report Invoice report shows you list and value of all invoices. You can view invoices by date, numbers or amount.

11. Group report Group report allows you to view all sale reports organized by groups. For exp. If you create a group called BEVERAGES you can assign all sodas, wines, water to this grp. Then you can view how much beverages you sold.

12. Void report Void report shows you all items or order that were voided. You can check name of the items, ID number and to which table it belongs.

13. Gift report Master Chef record every order and put it in database. Detail report allows you to see what exactly customer ordered.

14. Gift, Checks and Tex Exempt reports Check report shows you list of all checks with amounts, numbers and dates when check was used. Gift Report gives you list of all used Gift Cards. Your restaurant have to provide Gift Card services and set it up with Master Chef. Tax Exempt report contain all information about invoices with NO TAX

15. TakeOut & Delivery Summary report TakeOut & Delivery Summary report is very small report that shows you total balance for TakeOut/Delivery Services

16. Take Cash report Take Cash report also called “Petty cash” shows you all miscellaneous expenses.

17. Back office reports Back Office reports are designed for large data view. NOTICE: Back office reports should not be printed on POS printer.

18. Sales reports Sales report provide information from date to date period. This report contain all details such as total balances for groups, % of sales, Gifts, taxes, payments, incomes, money spent etc.

19. Invoice Discount reports Invoice Discount report gives you list of all invoices, value of discounts and prices.

20. Item Void report Item Void report gives you list of all items which were voided.

21. Year Sales reports Year Sales and Year Items Sales reports show you full list of all items sold each month. Year Sales shows total amount and Tax. Year Items Sales shows in details all sold items with short descriptions.

22. Payment report Payment Report gives an owner ability to look at all payments paid by customers. This report shows what kind of payment was it (cash or credit card), tax, amount, who accept it and what kind of order it was (dinner or take-out)

23. Weekly and Monthly Sales report Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports show total Net Sales, Tax paid, Balance, Cash, Gifts Cards for Dinner and Take-out service.

24. Month Item Sales report Month Item Sales report shows in details all items sales over one month with quantity, prices and short description.

25. Other back office reports Employee Activity report is similar to Log-in/Log-out report from Waiter Report. This report can not be printed on POS printer. Reserve Status report show all reservation that have been made over certain period of time This report allows you to print Customer Labels which you can use for Take out services. This driver report is similar to Driver report from General report group. This large report can not be printed on POS printer

26. Item Analyze report Item Analyze report is the most advanced report that may be customize by owner. This report allows you to take a view on particular items in order to find out how much you sold and how popular is each of item. For exp.: To find out how much soda you selling every month or what meal is ordered the most from customer this report shows you all this. Click mouse button
