32.  Think about open data as an output from any process  Consider open data output as part of new systems or process reviews just as you would consider information security and general reporting requirements  When acquiring content from third parties, seek permission to make it available to the public if possible  Incorporate provisions for releasing data from outsourced service providers in contracts  Publishing – don’t just think glossy brochure or flashy website, think machine-readable!
