This week is anti-bullying week. Bullying is not just a one off thing, it’s something that is continuous(time and time again). If you’re being bullied you should tell an adult as soon as possible. Different types of bullying are; Verbal bullying.(name calling, teasing, insulting and threatening) Cyber bullying. (communication via mobiles or internet deliberately to upset someone) Physical bullying.(kicking, hitting, pushing and damaging or hiding property) Indirect bullying.(staring, pulling faces, spreading rumours and gossiping)

The effects of bullying is a lot more than people think. The results of bullying are: Being depressed(sad, upset, unhappy.) Having nightmares(bad dreams) Scared to go out. Crying through the night

Think before you act, be aware of your own actions, DO NOT be a bully yourself. TELL SOMEONE!!! (Parents, staff, teachers, brothers, sisters) Raise awareness to stop bullies. Know who to tell and who to contact.
