Mossley P.S. Says 'No' To Bullying What is bullying? Bullying can start as soon as young children begin to mix with other children:- Someone is left out; someone is different; someone gets hurt.

Mossley P.S. Says 'No' To Bullying What is bullying? Bullying is meant to hurt. Bullying is deliberate. Bullying is repeated over a period of time. Other kinds of hurtful behaviours are probably not bullying.

Mossley P.S. Says 'No' To Bullying What is bullying? Bullying can be different things including: Saying things that are hurtful e.g. name calling and teasing. Doing things that are hurtful e.g. taking, breaking and threatening behaviour Physically hurting others Leaving people out

Mossley P.S. Says 'No' To Bullying Why is bullying harmful? You may feel lonely, unhappy, frightened and unsafe. You may find it hard to learn. You may not want to come to school. You may think it is your fault

TELL your friend if you are being bullied or you know of someone that is being bullied. TELL your parent if you are being bullied or you know of someone that is being bullied.
