1992: 1992: first NRCVGs established within the Petra Programme to support exchanges of education and training opportunities information, particularly with the perspective of EU mobility. 1994 – 2006: 1994 – 2006: NRCVGs operated as “accompanying measure” within the Leonardo da Vinci Programme. 2002: 2002: The realization and systematic support of PLOTEUS I was assigned to EG by the DG Education and Culture.
