4 FUNCTION OF AIR 1.It is the life FORCE. 2.It purifies the blood. 3.When we breath in air enters the lungs there the oxygen gets absorbed by blood. 4.Breathing energizes the body so it acts like charging of our body. 5.It relaxes our body

5 AIR It is the continuous requirement by any living being (we take 500ml of air for every cycle of quite breathing) but we never care for it or we never mind how we are taking the air for our living? This is nothing but the learning of deep breathing, till now it is happening involuntarily now with awareness we have to breadth. Start breathing deeply for 20-30 minutes daily. (If you are breathing in polluted area like a city center, please light a ghee lamp keep side of you and do the breathing it has the power of burning the toxins present in air) This will solve the 75% of our problems related with health. Deep breathing has the healing power of any health problems. This we can call it as “AIR THERAPY”

7 WATER FUNCTIONS OF WATER 1.It is a medicine without any side effects & universal solvent 2.Helps in digestion. 3.Excretion of toxins from the body. 4.Maintains body temperature.

8 WATER It is also must for our living.The minimum daily requirement of water to maintain our body in healthy condition is dependent of the body weight.If a person weighing 60kgs.Take 10% of it means 6kgs deduct 2kgs that is equal to 4kgs or 4 lts per day is the requirement of 60kgs weighing person. But most of the people hardly drink 1-2 ltrs per day you can monitor it. Start consuming daily by calculatinmg as per your weight.The maximum health problems will be solved.

9 One blunder we all do is drinking water while eating FOOD this IS very wrong practice, never drink water while EATING FOOD. Drink water 30minutes before food or one hour after food. If at all you feel drinking water in between please drink buttermilk.

10 WHY WE SHOULD NOT DRINK WATER WHILE EATING FOOD ? Because the saliva produced in the mouth has the digestive power, if we drink water this saliva gets diluted looses the power of digestion and digestion will hamper. Due to poor digestion we invite diseases or health problems in our life.

12 BEFORE START EATING JUST ASK YOUSELF FOLLOWING 5 QUESTIONS 1.What I am eating ? 2.When I am eating ? 3.How I am eating ? 4.Where I am eating ? 5.How much I am eating ?

13 Question No1.What I am eating ? Ans. I must eat natural vegetarian food in its natural form. If it is not possible for 100% natural food at least 50% cooked food and 50% uncooked food will also serve the purpose.

14 Food items are classified as follows 1.Tender coconut 2.Lemon 3.Juicy fruits 4.Pulpy fruits 5.Sprouted pulses 6.Leafy vegetables 7.Vegetables grown on creepers 8.Vegetable grown on plants above the ground 9.Vegetable grown below the ground (9 th category is one Which are our most liked vegetables onion, potato, sweat potato, beetroot etc.)

15 Question No2. When I am eating ? Ans. I must eat when I feel hungry and stomach is empty. Ideal timings are: Break fast (Heavy)-7 to 9am Lunch (Light)-1 to 2pm Dinner(Very light)-7 to 8 pm

16 Question No3. How I am eating ? Ans. I must chew the food 32 times and then swallow.

17 Question No4. Where I am eating ? Ans. I must eat with my hand without using spoon at well ventilated and well lighted place sitting on the floor in sukhasana.

18 Question No 5. How much I am eating ? Ans. I must decide how much I should eat. But eat 75% of the stomach capacity 25% should be kept for air.

20 Our next requirement is Cloth. Always use loose cotton cloths. Never use tight jeans cloths it damages the vitality and reduces the sperm counts in males.

22 Shelter (Home) Of course WE don’t have the choice in this regard try to use natural things at home as far as possible. Keep the doors and windows open always, so that fresh air can enter your home, allow sunlight to brighten your home. USE NATURAL RESOURCES AS IT IS WHILE BUILDING A HOME use natural stones like marble,granite,kota stones instead of ceramic tiles.
