6. 1.SPARK PE classes are 30+ min. 2.Consist of 2 segments: -Focus on Fitness (15 min.) -Spotlight on Skills (15 min.) 3.Active warm-up and cool- down Note: Longer sessions begin with an ASAP (Active Soon as Possible) SPARK PE Classes
