This project will exercise the skills and abilities learned from the Construction Engineering Technology program. The apartment is a theoretical build, but all activities and documents will be done as if it were actually being built.

Each building will have 4 units. ▪ Three bedrooms ▪ Two Bathrooms ▪ Kitchen ▪ Utility ▪ Living and Dining Room Two story layout. A rough estimate was done to give an idea of the cost. 3,826 sq. ft. @ $80 sq. ft. = $306,080
