6  (PERFORMANCE)  Course Assessment  National 5- Graded A → D (60% of course marks)  Preparation and Evaluation (Bookends 20%)  One-off Performance (40%)  INTERNALLY ASSESSED (EXTERNALLY MODERATED)  Unit Assessment  Pass/Fail in at least two activities

10 If you want to improve your performance you must: a)ANALYSE your ability in these 3 areas. b) IDENTIFY your performance needs. c) PREPARE A PLAN OF ACTION to improve identified weaknesses. (Practice Programme) d) CARRY OUT YOUR PLAN OF ACTION e) RE-ANALYSE your performance to assess effectiveness of your programme

12  As a performer you should always strive to improve.  How do you do this?  At the moment you do not have enough KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE.  You will build your BODY OF KNOWLEDGE through practical involvement in each area of analysis.
