2. My Diary Dear Diary I am really excited the crew and I will be the first people to set foot on the moon. The world is depending on us. The rocket is getting ready to set off. On the count of 5,4,3,2,1 were off. 16.7.69

3. Dear Diary, the seatbelt light has gone off and I am just about to float over to the window the sights are amazing I am so entertained with just the sights. I can not describe them, I am so proud of how far we have come.

4. Dear Diary Dear Diary I am approaching the moon I just had a thought in my mind, we are going to be the first Americans to step foot on the moon. I am really pleased that we have got this far. It has taken us days and days for this moment to come. I am getting into my spacesuit ready for stepping foot on the moon. I have got a feeling of trepidation in my tummy. Because I want people to be proud and very happy for us. I am approaching the moon I just had a thought in my mind, we are going to be the first Americans to step foot on the moon. 5. Landing on the Moon !!! We’re at the moon getting ready to land were going to land in 5,4,3,2,1 and we’ve landed. It’s a miracle we have made it. I am ecstatic to walk on the moon. I said to the crew.' One small step for man a giant leap for mankind. The door opened I got ready for a big event in my life. I turned round and step by step I went down. I was on the moon the first footstep on the moon. I felt terrific a Sandy, rocky feeling. I saw the flag waving in the rocket I ran to get it then I placed it in the moon.

6. Dear Diary, We are coming home from the moon now, I can’t wait to see my wife and children I have not been away from them this long I am missing them so much. I am wondering so much how the world will react when we step out of the aircraft.

7. We are now in Quarantine we are being watched on TV I wonder if my friends and family are watching me?
