1 JOB ROLE Highly skilled at acquiring new to bank clients from identified verticals Primary focus on Business Owners Sales Responsibil ities Responsible for achieving the allocated New to Bank targets and building the Current account average balance in values in defined time periods Identify opportunities of cross sell in the acquired relationships Service Responsibil ities Works in close co ordination with Branch service teams to ensure proper on boarding clients and deliver superior service delivery Ensures effective client retention by utilising available support services Proactively guides and advises customers on processes and products Edu: Graduate / Post Graduate Experien ce Minimum 1 – 5 yrs of frontline sales experience in banking Needs to have experience in sourcing Current Account & Trade accounts or Forex. Only current account experience would not do. Skills Excellent inter personal skill and ability to work in cross functional environment Understanding of sanity in Banking transactions & Proficient in oral and written communication Tasked On no of accounts acquired, Activation of clients, Identification of cross sell opportunities Products For Entities : Current Account, Trade & Forex, Working Capital, Term Loan, & Insurance For Individuals : Personal account, Wealth, Retail assets, Life insurance Grade & CTC Assistant Manager CTC range is 3 to 5 Lac (Fixed + Incentives/performance bonus) 1 JD - Business Banker (Hunter)

2 2 JD – RM (Farmer) JOB ROLE Relationship Manager (reporting to Zonal Head/Relationship Head) Role and context To acquire Current accounts with an array of business banking products like electronic banking, doorstep banking, cash management and trade ( transaction banking products ) and foreign exchange transaction services including forward covers. Manage Existing Base - to service, retain, crosssell and increase wallet share. Generate revenue streams through business banking proposition including trade and fx products. Detailed job responsi bilities: Finapping of the assigned account base and complete “know your customer” to reduce “surprise” volatility Analyse business potential of each customer and measure share of Wallet with us Enhance Share of Wallet and hence ensure growth of the accounts Track the balances of the accounts and arrest potential attrition of accounts that could arise due to competition offerings and service issues Ensure that the portfolio of accounts assigned does not attrite greater than benchmarked attrition Cross sell other liabilities products to the account base and enhance “stickiness” of the relationship Acquire New CA/Lending clients thru meets with senior level management in mid market institutions, thru Lead Generation Activities & thru references from existing clients

3 3 Detailed job responsi bilities: Initiates identification and development of new business segments and geographical areas to generate business opportunities. Ownership of product portfolio, pricing, revenues (including fees) and integration with the business account profitability. Maintains working knowledge of the local market, its trends, its potential, competitors, premiere service providers, etc Act in accordance with all regulatory, compliance and KYC policies (both internal and external) and communicate to clients as appropriate Experi ence Business Banking experience of around 3 to 8 years Substantial relationship management experience in SME /business banking with competitive Banks Grade & CTC Manager / Senior Manager Fixed cost of 6 to 8 Lac JD – RM (Farmer) Contd….
