5 WHS.. Workplace health and safety All Congregations/Church Councils are considered to be PCBU’s under the WHS act. Have a duty to comply with the WHS Act, a duty of care for workers and other persons and are required to exercise due diligence.

9 PRIVACY The Australian Privacy Principles replaced The National Privacy Principles in March 2014. Each body is now an autonomous entity and requires its own privacy policy and compliance with APP’s. General Privacy Information available http://www.oaic.gov.au/

10 Privacy Contact Person Each Congregation, Mission network needs to appoint a PCP. Main areas of attention are collection, use, security, disclosure, correction and notification of personal information. Synod Privacy Officer Available for questions relating to privacy matters
