6 3 Steps to Register* *new online registration 1.MSHSL brochure and emergency information (to be completed once per year) NEW THIS YEAR: Go to “Athletics/Activities” webpage to complete online (should take about 10 minutes) 2.Pay your athletics/activity fee online NEW THIS YEAR: Pay activity fee through Parent Portal (or by bringing in check/cash to the High School Office) 3.Up-to-date physical on file (they are good for three years) 1.Up-to-date physical on file 2.MSHSL eligibility form signed and returned 3.Activity fee paid

14 Transportation All away events- transportation provided Expectation: student-athletes travel to and from events on the team bus –Exceptions: Parent/guardian  his/her own child –Must let the coach know Parent/guardian  participant other than his/her child –Parent/guardian approval from: 1.Student that plans to travel with a parent/guardian other than his/her own 2.Person that is requesting permission to transport a student that is not his/her own

15 Student-Athlete Academic eligibility –grade checks –“good standing” School attendance- mandatory for participation –Exception: prior approval is requested by the parent/guardian Code of conduct
