2. BIOGRAPHY He was born in 21rst of August 1988 in Warsaw, Poland.
Robert Lewandowski started his career in Warszawa (Warsaw), where he played for seven years at lower levels. Then in 2005 he joined Delta Warsaw, where he managed to play in the first team and scored four goals.
In 2006–2007, Lewandowski was the Polish third division's top goal scorer with 15 goals, helping Znicz Pruszków win promotion. The next season he was the top scorer in the Polish second division with 21 goals.
