5. Transactional Access Dossier now available transactionally! Prior to this release, use was by subscription only. Now, you can purchase a snapshot or a complete report, on a pay-as-you-go basis.

6. Print Enhancements: Delivery Manager Users add documents to Delivery Manager by clicking icon Delivery Manager appears at top of the screen By popular request! Delivery Manager feature allows you to select documents and hold them in the delivery area prior to print, download, or email. Format options include PDF, DOC, WPD, TXT, and RTF.

7. Print Enhancements: Delivery Manager The Delivery Manager screen displays selected documents, allowing you to remove any that you no longer need/want selected. From here, you can choose to print, download, or email the selected documents. Results are printed in a professional report with linkable TOC and page numbering.

New Search Tabs Based on customer feedback, we now have two search tabs to choose from for your specific task: -Find a Company –Find a Company tab helps find a particular company that you are looking for -Create a Company List –Create a Company List tab compiles a company list from criteria, such as NAICS code or SIC code, for target marketing and client development efforts. Sample screens are shown on the following slides.

9. Find a Company Tab/Search Form The Find a Company search screen allows you to search for a particular company. A redesigned form makes searching easier and more accurate.

10. Create a Company List Tab/Search Form The Create a Company List search form allows you to create a targeted list of companies, based on your specifications. Expand the sections to provide additional screening criteria.

12. Customize Your Report Dossier now offers the ability to customize your report – choose what information you want to include, or not include, in your final report.

13. Find a Company Results The Find a Company Results screen provides a cleaner answer set, indicating the most likely company matches first. A check box will also be provided for any location that is registered as a headquarters. You can also click to expand to the full results listing, if needed

14. New Report Screen The report is cleaner and easier to read!

15. Preview Results A preview of results is provided prior to downloading/purchasing. Up to 1,000 companies can be downloaded at a time. Option to choose the 1,000 (highest sales, by country, etc) before downloading results.

16. History Feature Use the History page to view all reports you have accessed within the last 30 days. Click a report link to view the report. Note: If you are working transactionally, you will be prompted to purchase any report more than 24 hours after initial search date/time.
