Door Decorating Winners  Congratulations to the three following homerooms who were voted the best Christmas themed doors in all of OC!  First place: Library, Mrs. Sopko, senior homeroom  Second place: 208, Mrs. Valescant-Shaffer, junior homeroom  Third place: 101, Mr. Sullen, sophomores  Way to go ladies!

5. Next month, on Sunday January 18 th, Oakland Catholic will be hosting their annual semi-formal dance for all grades in our fabulous auxiliary gym. The theme is black and white, Old Hollywood! 6. Right after morning announcements today, each homeroom please bring your ANGEL TREE gifts down to the Christmas tree near the Chapel. We will take a picture of the gifts, then pack them in big bags to be delivered later in the evening to Faison Elementary school. Thank you all for your help with getting the gifts for the children served through Homewood Children's Village and helping to make their Christmas brighter!

7. French Club will be holding its December Christmas meeting on Thursday the 18 th in room 208. There will be French food, music, and crafts! If you have any questions, please contact Andrea DelGrande or Sabrina Helbig.

8. There will be a mandatory meeting this Thursday, immediately after school in Room J303 for all students attending the Model UN Conference in New York City. Please bring all work pertaining to your position papers and your final payment. Thursday is the final day to make the payment for the trip. 9. OC Ski and Snowboard Club The Ski and Snowboard Club trip to Seven Springs on Monday, December 22 has been cancelled to lack of interest and snow. We will plan a trip to Seven Springs in early January. Look for announcements on Edmodo over break.
