4 Confidential and Proprietary Project cost estimate questionnaire The questionnaire allows CASE to produce cost estimates, which you can compare with your own estimates. How many self-service users? 0 How many standard users? 100 How many super users?20 QuestionData to enter during training User information Total one-time software licensing costs $500,000 Estimated total labor that will be external labor 50 How many people will use the system for less than 5% of their own time? How many people will use it as a significant amount of their time (5-25%?) How many people will use the system as a significant amount of their time? (over 25%) Explanation How much will it cost to buy everyone access to the system? How much of the project’s total labor costs will be used on outside labor (e.g. consultants) Explanation QuestionData to enter during training Licensing and labor costs Project complexity assessment Includes a list of 10 questions about the project. Pick any random choices for the purpose of this exercise Click on “Save and continue to total one time investment”
