Statewide Procurement  The Statewide Procurement Bid has been extended for one school year.  The new statewide bid will begin in July of 2016.  Currently we have updated all of the specifications to better meet the meal pattern requirements.  New Specs. include Whole Grain and Low/Reduced Sodium.  New Categories such as, Asian items and Breakfast entrée. 12

13. Statewide Procurement  IQF Chicken  For SY 2015-16, bone in chicken pieces will NOT be available  Instead will be IQF bone in chicken 8 cut pieces.  We will be adding a Boneless Skinless breast on the 2016 bid. 13
