There are about 64 calories in a medium sized donut, 37 calories in a small donut and 86 calories in a large donut. The reason why donuts have calories is because it is caused by some ingredients like sugar, flour and butter. The ingredients are making the calories in the doughnut. If we want to know how many calories we have in our body we should find out our weight multiply that by how far can you ran and multiply the answer by 1.036. Then we can round our answer to the nearest calorie e.g. my weight is 45 and I can run for about 3.7 kilometers the answer is 166.5. 166.5 x 1.036= 172.494. But we want to round it to the nearest calorie so the answer is 172.

Throughout the unit I have been an inquirer person because I like to learn more about math. Also when I could be scientist I could learn more cause math and science are related.
