2007 FORTE FORUM: THE MBA VALUE PROPOSITION 2007 Corporate Census Highlights Growing the pipeline and recruiting MBA’s are top priority (consistent for ’06 & ’07) 86% are satisfied or very satisfied with their sponsorship Top MBA pipeline schools: Wharton, Chicago, NYU, Columbia, HBS >Top hiring qualities: leadership, work experience Top UG pipeline schools: NYU, Columbia, HBS, Cornell, Penn State >Top hiring qualities: GPA, leadership roles, extra curricular activities 79% have a women’s network & 64% have women’s conference Trends Significant increase in # of MBA’s hired (+28%) and percentage of MBA’s who are women (39% -- up from 28% in 2006) Percentage of women in firm increased slightly while women in senior management and BOD decreased or held steady

Program Objective: To educate women about careers in financial services, and to differentiate Forté companies as the best place to work for women in finance. Program Approach: Growing the Pipeline 1) Short-Term Talent Acquisition: MBAs 2) Long-Term Talent Development: College & Early Career / Pre-MBAs Annual Fee: $15,000 (In addition to base sponsorship) 7 Participants: Citi, Lehman, Deutsche Bank, MetLife, Fidelity, Wachovia, Goldman Sachs Resources & Timeline: Erica Hamilton, CDG Perspectives, will be our program development consultant and the events will take place through the year.

Awarded Google Grant for non-profit organizations; Potential Value: $30,000 for 3 month period October 2007 - January 2008 2007 Forté FORUM: THE MBA VALUE PROPOSITION Online Media - Google AdWords Board Meeting: October 29-30, 2007 Results: utilized $27k of available $30k total clickthroughs: 31,000 total impressions: 2.7 mm 90% linked to Jobs messaging (click through to Power Tools) Events (Career Lab) and MBA general messaging less impactful Key Learnings: Broad, relevant messaging = greater results. Can’t control quality of clickthroughs (e.g. profile of Power Tools submissions) Limited to available keywords – high quality key words purchased by others (esp. MBA) Continue to explore other non-profit programs (e.g. YouTube) Will website traffic gains continue post-campaign??

School Sponsor Value Proposition 2007 FORTE FORUM: THE MBA VALUE PROPOSITION School Annual Dues 08-09 Forte Forums provide efficiency in reaching large numbers of women Female GMAT takers 25 and under have gone up 13% since 2003 If dues went to Forums alone each would cost under $1400 (compare to QS events which cost $2900 +) Forte is aggressively cultivating the pipeline of MBA women The needle is moving up for most schools’ FT female MBA enrollment 70% of sponsor schools have seen an increase in FT female enrollment since 2005 FT enrollment of all sponsor schools has increased 4 percentage points from 27% to 31% since 2005
