Visit
Click “Submit Request” in upper-left corner of the screen.
From the “Select Building” drop-down menu select the building/location in need of maintenance.
Once selected, click the tab with the two right facing arrows (>>) located to the right of the drop-down menu.
Fill out all fields in the request form including your name, phone number, appropriate address, location call number (e.g. LV 1.104), and a detailed description of the issue.
Once the request form is completed, click “Submit”.
You will receive an from confirming your submitted work order.
You may monitor the status of a submitted work order by typing in the provided work order number into the “Search by Work Order Number” field located in the upper-left corner of the screen… so, make sure you write it down before closing the window!

16. Paying for Fall 2015 Housing and Meal Plan:
Log into ASAP, select “Student Services”.
Select “Fiscal Services”.
Select “electronic check payment”.
This will give you the amount currently due, as in for the month of August.
If there is a balance for tuition and fees this amount will be reflected in this amount.
Once tuition and fees are zeroed out, the only thing that will appear here will be Housing and Meal Plan.
Please follow up with UTSA Fiscal Services to verify any payment made is applied as you intended.
