TREATMENT/INTERVENT. STRESS RELIEF AND MANAGEMENT PLAY A ROLE IN TREATMENT/CURE WHY NOT IMPLEMENT STRESS RELIEF/MANAGEMENT AS PREVENTION?!?!

What to be familiar with: Have a general understanding of the terms & diseases mentioned today DON’T HAVE TO KNOW which type of cells do what, etc., etc. MIND – BODY CONNECTION!!! (ex: meditation,spirituality,athletics, etc.)
