Final Administrative Report  Purpose: To collect important project information and statistics and report to appropriate authorities on the implementation of NPP funded projects  Target group: Programme bodies such as Programme Secretariat, Managing Authority, Programme partner country authorities and European Commission  Structure:  Cumulatively based on progress reports  Additional questions – Section 4.2 & 5.4 Final Administrative Report General information Project activities Results Indicators Project financial information Project management and partnership dynamics NPP horizontal principles Project communication Changes Additional information

Final Administrative Report - Rationale  Rationale: To collect project information in order to be able to report and analyse project activities and results to various authorities.  The NPP 2007-2013 projects need to:  Demonstrate project objectives have been met and implemented as approved by the PMC  Demonstrate tangible outcomes beyond project activity period  Information collected at project closure  According to European Commission regulations  Lead partners are responsible for making results and information available  Managing Authority archives project reports for future auditing and reporting purposes

5. How will the information be used?  NPP 2007 – 2013 Annual and Final reports  To publicly demonstrate and report programme and project outcomes  Products and services on project and NPP web sites  Report annually to European Commission 2007 - 2015  Final report to European Commission - 2016  Possible other uses of the Final Administrative report  Programme partner country national authorities demonstrating need for their involvement in future ETC 2014 – 2021  Programme partner country national authorities justifying current involvement to decision makers
