1 A 66-yr-old woman with dyspnea and weight loss previous healthy. 9 months ago: 건강검진 받음. 별다른 이상소견 없었음. 7 months ago: dyspea(DOE, ATS I), weight loss(5~6kg/6mon) 발생하여 local 방문하여 감기라고 진 단받고 1 주 정도 medication 받음. 이후 호전 없었음. 3 개월 전 : local 방문하여 CXR, CT 시행하고 이상소견 있 으니 큰 병원 방문하라는 권유 듣고 refer 됨. 본원 IM3 OPD 방문함. r/o LCA, r/o pul. TB imp. 하에 anti- TB medicaiton 시험적으로 시도함. INH, RFP4, EMB, B6, PZA5, PANC 21 일 복용한 후 W/U 위해 입원함.
