Unifying Vision/Identity The mission of Harbor Teacher Preparation Academy is to provide students with the opportunity to earn a high school diploma and an Associate of Arts degree. Timeline August/September—Entire Certificated Staff Set Goals August/September—Identify Teachers to be reviewed, Chairperson of their committee and committee members September thru April—Peer Observations January/June and as needed—All students complete Student Reflections in every class March—Teachers complete and share Self Reflections in small group; Feedback given by peers April—Peer Evaluation Teams Meet May—Post Evaluation Meeting with Principal May thru July—Interview for next school year
