New assessment criteria The descriptor level expected increases at each progression point. Assessed as Achieved A or Not Achieved NA All 3 Outcome standards must be achieved

3 Components of Assessment 1.Professional Values These must be achieved on every placement. If not a development plan or action plan must be instigated.

2.Essential Skills (PLPAD) These can be assessed in any placement but must be Achieved at least once by the progression point. 3 Components of Assessment

3 components of Assessment 3.Episodes of Care –M ust be achieved by the end of the Part This brings together the 4 competency domains: an episode of holistic care. Part 1 = care of one patient Part 2 = care of a group Part 3 = a)Complex care including leadership and management plus b)Medicines management.
