iCare is a Population Management tool iCare provides an easy way for providers to identify and manage their patients proactively iCare is an interface to underlying RPMS data iCare provides the framework and the background processes to enable this functionality iCare utilizes existing RPMS applications and logic What is RPMS iCare?
