Sound energy is produced by the vibration of an object. Light energy enables us to see. Food and fuels are stored forms of chemical energy. Electrical energy is a very useful form of energy. In some countries, electrical energy comes form nuclear energy. Kinetic energy is possessed by a moving object. Potential energy is found in a stretched or raised object.
