HRIS – Human Resources Information Systems Computerized reservation system for record keeping Employee Personnel file – A record of basic information kept on each employee.

Labor Relations – Workers who are members of a labor union Labor Union – The purpose of a labor union is to make sure that the union members get fair wages, decent benefits,and safe working conditions Collective bargaining – The way that labor and management discuss what they expect from each other.
