Our main challenges Financial management in a difficult climate, with govt funding and donations decreasing, inflation on clinical supplies ≈30% Continuing difficulties between CHAM and MoH Maintaining drug supplies Scaling up disease control programmes HIV/AIDS, TB, malaria, water and sanitation MCH – esp ANC and FP, reducing teenage pregnancy Reliable power and water supplies Providing staff training opportunities Maintenance of infrastructure and equipment Mulanje Mission Hospital
