8 After the Customer Registers as a Preferred Customer, they are automatically enrolled as a SHOP TRACKER member and they will see a PROGRESS BAR on the Home Page which displays how many POINTS they have earned.

9 Hovering over the Progress Bar raises a small indicator to let customer know how close they are to earning their next £40 commission

10  As customers shop they will earn POINTS on all products that display the SHOP TRACKER symbol When they accrue enough SHOP POINTS they earn generous reward commissions

11  Customer points will be automatically placed in two POINTS banks, on Customers left and right alternately.  Points will accrue until SHOP TRACKER reward payment level is reached.  When a Customer refers other Customers they will be attached in the computer and all purchases of the referral customers will be tracked and credited to both the paying customer and the original customer who referred them.

12 Shop Tracker PROGRESS BAR on the Home Page will let the customer see how many Points they have earned If Customer clicks the Progress Bar they go to a detail page that indicates how many more Points they need to earn to qualify for a £40 commission

14 When the Customer accrues: Each time the Customer qualifies for a commission and earns £40, their POINTS banks reset and they repeat the process. The more customers they refer, and the more shopping they do, the faster they can complete the reward cycle. NOTE: POINTS accrue for 730 days

15 When Customer qualifies for a £40 commission the Progress Bar changes to “Redeem Cash now” Progress Bar resets as soon as a commission is earned and a new Progress Bar begins accruing Points

16 When a reward level has been reached, customer clicks “Redeem for Cash Now” and enters their banking information, which results in a direct deposit of their reward commission

36 What happens to my customers that signed up as Preferred Customers before the Shop Tracker programme started? All of your existing Preferred Customers will be placed in your Customer Waiting Room Q A

37 In what order do I start placing customers in my customer network? Before you have placed your very first customer, if you have more than one customer in your Waiting Room, you choose which customer will be your “Apex” customer. All other customers will be placed below your Apex customer on the left and right. Q A

38 How will I know when a new customer registers? Each time a customer registers on your SHOP.COM website you will receive an email and an alert, informing you that a new customer has registered and is in your Waiting Room. Q A

39 Once a customer registers and enters the Waiting Room, how long do I have to place the new customer into my customer network? You have 7 days to place a new customer. If the customer is not placed by you within 7 days, an auto-placement tool will place the customer in the next available position under the referring customer. Q A

The system is programmed to ensure all customers are placed below the customer that referred them, on the left or right. If you attempt to place a customer anywhere other than a position under the customer that referred them, the system will disallow the placement and you will see an error message. Q A
