Frank J. Polzler, Chairman and Co-Founder Born near Graz, Austria, Frank J. Polzler has over 50 years experience in the real estate industry. With his partner Walter J. Schneider, he co- founded RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada, Inc. in In 1994, RE/MAX Europe followed. Polzler’s entrepreneurial spirit and vision are recognized throughout the North American and European real estate industry. He continually provides strong leadership to the Regional Directors and to the thousands of RE/MAX Brokers/Owners and Sales Associates who look to him for guidance and inspiration.
Walter J. Schneider, President and Co-Founder
Born in Toronto, Canada, Walter J. Schneider’s real estate career began in Four years later, he founded RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada Inc. with Frank J. Polzler. Schneider is a leader and innovator in the real estate franchising business. His more than 30-years career includes revolutionizing the Canadian market in the 80’s and currently reorganizing the European market. For some people, change represents a problem. For Schneider, it is an opportunity.
H. Charles Lemire, Jr., Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director
H. Charles (Chuck) Lemire, Jr. is a veteran of the RE/MAX system with over 20 years proven track record in the real estate business. An accomplished executive in the area of Franchise Sales and Business 43 regions in 34 European countries. His experience and leadership are a valuable resource to RE/MAX Europe’s Regional Owners as well as franchisees and agents. Born in 1963, the native New Englander lives with his wife Susan, and their two sons in Vienna, Austria.
