2 Is when teachers make an effort to adjust their instruction to accommodate different students. In after school programs you have little control over how many students you have from various grades, therefore you have to adjust your strategies to accommodate the students present.

3 Have older students help younger students. Use different materials for different ages. Give students options. Learn the needs of your students. Create groups based on grade levels as well as learning levels.
