Recruitment Strategies Offer officiating as an alternative to less talented players who love the sport. With the emphasis on younger officials it is imperative that we start them earlier in order that they can achieve the international goal

Recruitment Strategies Offer officiating to players who can no longer play. Injury and age can provide many officials. Realistic expectations by the individual and the sport can greatly enhance the contribution.
