Green foods help with oxygen. Red food stop cancer and stops warts cells Orange food night vision and its rich in beta keratin. Yellow food helps with circulation and immune system. White food reduces blood pressure and LDL cholesterol Blue and purple food helps Antioxidants to help stop aging.

Sugar takes away the vitamins in your blood and in your body. Sugar feeds cancer cells. Sugar also promotes premature aging.
