100 Certification Process PC-TAP is based on skills from Person Centered Thinking (as developed by The Learning Community for Person Centered Practices) and requires training and modeling to ensure the integrity of the process. A trained facilitator will receive a certificate from The Institute for Person Centered Practices after becoming certified.
