7 Emergent Ideas From Last Meeting 80% of IDND members attended the first meeting of 30 total members 53% attended the second meeting of 34 total members ??% attended the third meeting, now with 39 members in total! 8 Accomplishments Since Last Meeting Publishing an Article about IDND with lN AA. E-CHAMP summit was a success! A paper in preparation for the benefit and harms of dementia screening. Three Symposium were submitted to AGS and one to AAGP. The Anticholinergic Burden scale –Donna’s Medicare database –Kaycee Database –ACE database The emergence of the CADRE project. Our Members directory is slowly advancing! Completion rate is 36%! (14 of 39 total members)

9 Announcement E-CHAMP received the P&T approval Next meeting? ICAD July 2006 Madrid –Farlow, Hake, Hall, Hendrie, Gao, Callahan, Boustani. Potential Projects: –Dementia Diagnosis Assistant software for primary care or memory clinicians. Potential MSs: –Dementia in Primary Care: Screening, diagnosis, and Management. –Complex Adaptive System in Dementia Care. –IDND Initiatives –Delirium management. –Hospital Nurses Knowledge of Cognitive Impairment in hospitalized Older Adults.
